How To Cooperate With Us?

Sample-Send us your request and sock technicial info including size, material, logo and your special request, if you don’ know, just let us know what type of socks or how the socks need to be, we can make mock up for you and develope you sample to check quality and fitting.

Production-Send you PI with quantity, price, delivery time and some details of socks, sign PI and make deposit, we prepare yarn and do production. Make packaging and fix packing way, send many pictures of packing, production socks. Final step is inspection of finished goods, if everything is ok, ready for shipping.

Shipping-Send quotes of freight and fix shipping way wih customer based on the customer expected date to receive goods. Book flight or vessel for shipping, provide full set of documents to customers, make rest payment, release BL and send copy to customer.

After sales service-Track the shipment, advise customers about the ETA date to make sure custom clearance will be done timely. Track the production socks situation after customers’ receipt to make sure everything is ok. Keep close contact with customers for sales situation and feedback, prepare for re-order and new development.
